We do not use PHI for marketing, sales, or unrelated commercial purposes. We do not maintain your medical records, nor do we make decisions regarding your healthcare.

Your Rights:

As a patient, you have rights under HIPAA, including: – The right to access and receive copies of your medical records (from your healthcare provider—not from us). – The right to request corrections to your PHI (through your healthcare provider). – The right to file a complaint if you believe your privacy rights have been violated.
