As a patient, you have rights under HIPAA, including: – The right to access and receive copies of your medical records (from your healthcare provider—not from us). – The right to request corrections to your PHI (through your healthcare provider). – The right to file a complaint if you believe your privacy rights have been violated. You should direct all such requests and concerns to your healthcare provider.
